Terms of Service

Last updated: August 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Snap Out ("Snap Out", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Snap Out mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at collabs@prayerlock.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create or enter in the Service. You grant us a limited, non exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to submit it.

5. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Snap Out name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Unless stated otherwise:

7. No medical or professional advice

Snap Out is a self improvement and habit tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

8. Third party services

The Service may rely on or link to third party services. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Changes to the Service

We are actively developing the Service and may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice before making changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Out and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap Out from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
